Philippe Santi, a Director since December 1999, has been the Director of Finance and the Chief Financial Officer of Inter Parfums, S.A. since February 1995. Mr. Santi became Executive Vice President of Inter Parfums, S.A. in 2004, and is a Certified Accountant and Statutory Auditor in France.
