Joseph A. Caccamo, a Director since 1992, is an attorney with the law firm of GrayRobinson, P.A., our general counsel. A member of both the New York and Florida bars, Mr. Caccamo has been a practicing attorney since 1981, concentrating in the areas of corporate and securities law, and in September 1991 he became our counsel.
